What We Collect
When you send an enquiry or booking request we collect the name, phone number, email address, travel dates and any details you choose to include about your trip.
Why We Collect It
To answer your enquiry, to confirm a booking, and to prepare for your stay — dietary requirements, arrival timing and similar. We do not sell it.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry and booking records are retained for as long as is necessary for the stay and for the legal and accounting obligations that follow it.
Cookies and Analytics
This prototype does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If measurement is added before launch, this section must be updated to describe it and a consent mechanism added where required.
Your Rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to reservation@avenuetree.in.
