About 9 km to a Mudumalai safari point, around 3 km to the Masinagudi bus stand, roughly 7 km to the Moyar River and about 25 km to Bandipur Tiger Reserve. These are approximate driving distances on hill roads, so do allow a little more time than the numbers suggest.
It is one of the nicest places we know for them. There is an open garden, a play area, a campfire in the evening and plenty of quiet. We do ask that children stay with an adult outdoors after dark, simply because we share this landscape with its wildlife.
