Before You Send It
Does this form book a room?
No. It sends a request. We reply with rooms and rates, and the booking is confirmed after that. Nothing is charged in between.
Why does the availability check not show live rooms?
Live availability reads from our booking system, which we are still connecting to this site. In the meantime the checker tidies up your dates and passes the request straight to us, and we confirm by hand the same day — often within the hour.
What are your rates?
Rates are seasonal and vary by room type and length of stay, so we quote against your dates rather than publish a figure.
Is online payment secure?
Payments go through Razorpay's own checkout. Card details are entered on Razorpay's systems, not ours — this website never receives or stores them.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each property sets its own terms and they are confirmed with you at the time of booking. The structure is set out on the booking terms page.
Can I book a safari at the same time?
Safari is operated by the forest department and cannot be sold with a room. We advise on current timings and get you to the gate early.
